Executive Chef/ Proprietor, Glen Bent, and his wife, Faye, opened Cariba in 2008 in a quiet nook on a West Coast side street. There Chef Glen has perfected 'modern Caribbean cuisine with an Asian twist' built on a strong foundation of work experience and training in some of the world's most prestigious 5-star establishments, including our own Sandy Lane Hotel.
The combination of his culinary flair and Faye's hospitable warmth haveThis synergy has earned them a loyal following of repeat clients and made their cosy eatery a favourite with gourmet foodies, who rate their flavourful cuisine highly. Cariba now caters to a loyal following. And speaking of catering, to let you in on a little secret, private catering is also available.
