Barbados Rum Cake is a new product by Bajan Cakes, made in Barbados by Foster’s Bakery, a fourth generation family business. They make the original recipe, a “blonde” rum cake, based on traditional Bajan pudding cake, and a chocolate version with high quality Barbadian Mount Gay Rum. They are absolutely delicious served warm with ice cream or with berries and fresh cream. A very easy but exotic dessert.
