Great place to enjoy the beach, great food and drinks all reasonably priced. Get a taxi if staying local, parking is limited, $20 parking charge on Sunday but then given a $20 drinks voucher. Longers and umbrella included in entry fee. Drinks / food service at loungers. Jet ski, snorkelling, paddle boards available at extra charge. Great location
A nice place to go with many food options and dessert. The prices are very generous. I ordered C&R Carribean and it was very authentic and tasty!! I had the oxtail, peas/rice with plantains. There's a nice beach area that rents chairs and umbrellas. Also, a recreation area with a free pool table and racketball. Corn hole outside near bar too if you can find toss bags.
Savy on the Bay is truly a gem! From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel welcome — everyone is incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. The service is impressively quick without ever feeling rushed, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared, and the coffee was absolutely perfect — easily some of the best I’ve had. What really sets this place apart, though, is the location. Sitting right on the beach with breathtaking ocean views creates such a relaxing and memorable atmosphere. Great food, amazing coffee, excellent service, and a view that’s simply to die for — I highly recommend Savy on the Bay to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience!
Better than The Boatyard. First of all, it's MUCH cheaper. 2026 Feb price at the Savvy for lounge chair with shared umbrella: $10USD per person. Boatyard price just entrance fee is I think $40 (comes with some food and drink credit, but that locks you into spending money there. And look at their menu, things ain't cheap). Rum punch at Savvy: $5USD (and it's a very nice strong drink). Disclaimer: it's been many years since I've been at the Boatyard, but Savvy has a quieter, chiller vibe. Boatyard is busier and a very party vibe. The same Taxi going to Boatyard will take you to Savvy for the same price ($5 per person from cruise terminal), it's just 2 'doors' down. Beautiful fluffy white sand beach. Crystal clear turquoise water. Recommend.
I had the best day out. $20 parking for the day but the cost can be refunded if you rent sunbeds or buy drinks. Sunbeds cost $20 per person and umbrella is included. Drinks and food are reasonably priced and the choice is plentyful; don't bring a coolbox with your own drink or food, entry will be refused.
