This is a lovely club with a fantastic beach. It’s clean and well-maintained and the food is delicious. There’s even a parking spot and a water trampoline. You get decent food credit with your entrance fee (20 out of 40 dollars). Plus, a free snorkelling boat tour is included. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming.
This place is one of the best beaches, I have been to on the island. You get a $40 day pass that also gives you back $20 to spend on food and beverage, that's a great deal in my book. The beach is clean. And I love having access to the beach chairs when they are available, it's on a first come first serve basis. There is free wifi but it can be spotty down by the beach. For the kiddos there is a trampoline, a slide, plus a swing for them to spend hours entertaining themselves. For the family there is an snorkeling tour already included in the day pass price. The food and drinks are tasty plus all the staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend this place for an awesome beach day experience!
We happened to cross this place by chance and what a great day we had here. The cost was $40 US per person , and that included a $20 cash card for beverage and food purchases, it included an umbrella and beach chairs, it included use of the water trampoline , the water slide and the swim with turtles/ shipwreck , forty five minute tour, including all gear. They have very strict security here: if you did not pay to enter this part of the beach, they kept you off of the property. There were certain areas that if you didn't pay the $40 fee, you could still gather, but it didn't include any of the amenities , obviously. Thus place offers freshwater showers, plenty of food options and lots of cocktail options, including an 11 AM to 12 PM, happy hour. If you have luggage , they provide locked storage for your larger bags or smaller lockers for your smaller bags. I didn't see anywhere that they offered beach towels, but we did bring our own. They did not allow individual speakers , which we found out was a blessing! This place happens at 9 AM and closes at 6 PM. There's a small parking lot if you drive here, but I have a feeling that once that gets full, parking is a nightmare, as it is all over this part of the island. Great value and would definitely recommend a day at the Boatyard!
Just another awesome time in Barbados. We walked there from the cruise pier, though I understand why most take a taxi. Beautiful beaches and helpful, friendly staff. Just an incredible time. Water activities, a fun snorkeling trip to a small ship wreck, and good cocktail prices. Just an awesome way to soak up some sun in the afternoon.
This was OUR FAVORITE beach stop out of the 5 stops our cruise made. We took a taxi from port ($5 per person) and the shuttle back was provided for free. The prices were reasonable compared to everything else we experienced all week. Chair & umbrella were included with the cover charge. Food was excellent! Drinks were great, exactly as expected. Beach was beautiful.
