The sweet taste of Bajan soul food has come to the west coast of the island with this funky joint dedicated to smoky pork delights, in a relaxed Rum Shop-style setting. Start off with their crispy fish cakes and move on to the ‘real deal’ – succulent, slow roasted pork in a variety of menu selections: Pig in a Box, Pig in a Bun, or just simply, Pig in Paper, or try their Hog Burger smothered in caramelized onions. Still hungry? There’s also rotisserie chicken, baby back ribs, spicy jerk chicken, and of course, Souse on Saturdays!
