Pavão, pronounced “pa-vow” (meaning Peacock in Portuguese), is nestled under centuries old mahogany trees, framed within a magnificent pergola  courtyard. Housed within a veritable oasis at Sweetfield Manor Boutique Hotel, home to the largest free-range peacock pride in the Eastern Caribbean, Pavão’s team of dedicated professionals ensure that your dining experience is seamless and enjoyable.
