Cynthia Edwards prepares an absolutely delicious Bajan buffet lunch which starts at 11am daily and goes right on until the evening. With cafeteria style service, he points out that Fisherman’s Pub is not a restaurant. It’s a Bajan seaside bar that serves delicious local food at a great price. The western side has been opened up to provide seaside seating that is very popular with visitors.
Daily Bajan Buffet includes a large selection of the following: beef stew, pork chops, lamb chops, steak fish, flying fish, salt fish stew, roast chicken, cornmeal coucou, breadfruit coucou, pickled breadfruit, macaroni pie, rice and peas, yam pie, sweet potato pie, pudding and souse, steamed vegetables, plantain, dressed cucumber, coleslaw, salad.
