It was originally jointly developed by Sir Charles Williams, a very successful Barbadian entrepreneur, Landmark Land of the USA, one of the world's leading golf resort and residential developers and Wentworth, the world famous golf and country club in England. Sold in 2019 to Glenn Chamandy, Apes Hill is now undergoing a complete rebuild and refurbishment with opening tentatively planned for the winter of 2021.
The community has been built around a spectacular, world-class 18-hole golf course, polo centre, central club house, luxurious spa, tennis centre, fitness centre as well as astounding gardens. Life at Apes Hill is all about enjoying a healthy outdoors lifestyle. The new owners have spectacular plans to expand this ethos and take it to a new level.
