• The tour may be carried out bilingually if there are not enough demand of one specific language
• To enter Alhambra, you must have an original of your passport or identity document that matches the information provided at checkout
• Summer hours are from April 1st to October 14th: tours in the morning for the Alhambra are at 10 AM and in the afternoon at 3 PM and 5 PM. Albayzin and Sacromonte tours are at 8:30 PM
• Winter hours are from October 15th to March 31st: tours in the morning for Alhambra are at 10 AM and in the afternoon at 3 PM. Albayzin and Sacromonte tours are at 7 PM • in the event that you need to cancel your tour, there will have a 100% penalty per person. • If the tour does not meet the minimum number of visitors, the activity provider may cancel up to the day before the tour, offer the tour at another time, or transfer you to an English or bilingual (Spanish/English) tour.
