Your host Leandra, a passionate Barbadian and self-taught sorbet maker, can’t wait to welcome you to her home. With her guidance, you’ll sample some of the island’s freshest local fruits, learn the stories behind them, and then roll up your sleeves to transform them into a delicious sorbet. But we’re not stopping there, you’ll also savour a curated selection of handcrafted fruit sorbets made by Cool Comfortz Frozen Delights bursting with Bajan flavours. Refreshing! This isn’t just a class; it’s a fun, hands-on & immersive journey into the vibrant taste of Barbados! Beyond the flavours, this experience offers a rare chance to connect with a local, step into a real Bajan home, and gain insight into island life through fruit, stories, and warm hospitality. .................................... To start, you’ll be offered refreshing coconut water or a glass of fresh local juice; the perfect way to begin your tropical experience!
