I had the opportunity to attend 5+ of Jen’s classes while on vacation, and every single one was incredible. From the moment you walk in, her energy is warm, welcoming, and uplifting. She is exceptionally talented and gives clear, thoughtful instruction that makes you feel both supported and challenged. Each class flowed beautifully and left me feeling strong, centered, and refreshed. You can truly tell she loves what she does — and it shows in the experience she creates. I’m so grateful I found her classes during my trip. They were a highlight of my vacation! Hope to attend a retreat or class online soon ❤️
We attended several yoga classes on the beautiful terrace at Castaways and absolutely loved them. The classes combine challenging and relaxing asanas, and there are always many variations offered – for both beginners and advanced yogis. We also tried SUP-yoga in Port St. Charles once, which was another fantastic experience and a lot of fun. Jen is the best!
