Overall we liked staying in this resort because of the super friendly and supportive staff! The territory is beautiful, the swimming pools also great! They provide free shuttle to the beach with free umbrellas and chairs! Just wanted to leave some friendly recommendations for improvement :) We had a room with garden pool. It is amazing BUT there was not enough water when we first came there. The staff came right after we called but we had to wait until next morning and can’t use it first evening. So please watch the water line in the pool before providing a room. And one more There is a sofa in the room which suppose to used like extra bed. Please make the bed and don’t wait until we call and ask you to do it. It is very uncomfortable sofa bed for sleeping, but when we ask front desk provide extra layer, they also do it right away. As I said very friendly and helpful staff! Thank you for this! And the MOST IMPORTANT! PLEASE MAKE A SIGN near the elevator to Crane Beach for working hours! Because we stocked there in the late evening and thanks God some of our friends can call to front desk and rescue us from staying all night on the beach)
We decided to stay 2 nights here so we could have a full resort day before checking into our Condo on the other side of the island. So we head down to enjoy the pools and poolside service. We then find out they closed all the pools and pool decks for the entire day for maintenance. We traveled long and far to get to Barbados and this resort. This is a complete crap way of treating customers. The resort pools being closed should have been disclosed at booking or at least before our arrival so we could have booked elsewhere. We were blindsided and of course not offered any solution/remedy. Won't be back. It's too bad because it was a nice property and most of the employees were friendly and helpful. Beware!
