The food here was hefty and flavorful! I got the loaded lobster fries and there was so much lobster in it, I couldn’t finish it all in one sitting. I was able to eat the rest later on for dinner. Highly recommend! The only downside was that I asked the cashier for recommendations and she didn’t have any so it made it difficult as a customer to decide what to choose with no feedback from the staff. However, she was very nice and answered my questions on how the food was prepared so it was still helpful. Would definitely come here again due to the flavor, the portion size, and the views by the beach while you eat!
Guys stop looking elsewhere. This is the BEST seafood spot in town, Period! The lobster and the shrimps are at another level, extremely tasty. Highly recommend this shack if you are visiting Barbados or simply you want amazing seafood! Enjoy!
Amazing experience, great food, order at the food stand and wait in the beach seating with your buzzer until it's ready. Go at sunset, they light up tiki torches for the diners. Beware the prices at the nearby bar!
Place your order and have a drink by Tikkles while you wait. They give you a beeper to notify you when it is ready to collect. Lobster roll was seasoned just right, and paired with homemade fries & garlic sauce. Beef burger was also good.
We intentionally visited the Seafood Shack on the recommendation of friends who ate there 11-25. We ordered the shrimp tacos and the chicken tacos. What a delight!!! Loads of shrimp and chicken, nicely dressed with a sweet creamy sauce that complimented the tacos as well as made a fun dipping sauce for the delicious skin-on fries. They were out of lobster at that time or I would have ordered that in some form. The concierge at our resort and two taxi drivers highly recommended Seafood Shack. There was a wait for the food, but hey, you’re at the beach in Barbados with the adorable Tikkle’s Beach Bar steps away—what’s the big deal? Relax, enjoy your surroundings, feel the sand in your toes, enjoy a beverage and deal! But most of all, eat at Seafood Shack—a must-eat destination!!! (BTW, we called our friend back home who recommended Seafood Shack to share our experience while we were eating!).
