Peckish quickly became one of my favorite spots in Barbados. I went for the first time and loved it so much that It ended up being a regular stop for me . The food is always fresh, flavorful, and delicious, and the service is consistently great. Every visit has been a good experience, my personal favorite however has to be the signature wrap and fries, I’m always excited to try something different from the menu. Definitely a hidden gem that I’d recommend to anyone! ❤️
This is slowly becoming my favorite brunch spot! My favorite item so far is definitely the Big Back Burrito Bowl. My choice of veggies always corn, broccoli, salsa and plantain. In terms of the drinks the Hot Chocolate Smoothie is my go-to. 10/10 highly recommend!
I had the All-Day English breakfast at Peckish and was well satisfied! Because this is a halal certified restaurant, there's no pork products - so no bangers or bacon. But there was a delicious kebab with tender fried chicken chunks, pepper and tomato to replace the pork, and I didn't miss it at all. The scrambled eggs were well seasoned and also great. Three pancakes rounded out the filling meal. Everything tasted great and the woman running the shop was kind and friendly. One note- everything is made to order, and took about 25 minutes to be prepared, so if you're in a hurry you may want to call and place an order in advance.
Food was a mix for me. The sunrise croissant was very good, tasty chickem, good veg, cheese, tasty mix. The big back burrito bowl was good, just that the fish was way to spicy for me (light weight spice eater). The mix of rice, veg, plantain, cheese and fish is good. I'm just not a lover of basmati rice. The morning remedy my mom had this one she said it was good. The server was awesome, good cook, efficient no complaints there. It was morning time so quiet nice christian music.
