Popped in here after doing some snorkeling near Pebbles beach. We were a bit windswept and sandy but the lady was really nice, friendly and didn't act dismissive or judgemental which always is a plus🙃 great customer service always rules 👍 We ordered some cocktails and the lovely fishcakes 👌the drinks were lovely as expected and the location is perfect for some photography fanatics like us! Pool is lovely, didn't really swim but once more, ideal for getting pictures. Wait time was literally nothing and plus it's nice to have time to get a couple pictures of the scenery whilst you wait for food/drinks. Thank you!

Our 2‑Night Stay at Hotel Indigo Barbados – A Bright, Beautiful, and Memorable Experience We recently spent two nights at Hotel Indigo Barbados, and from the moment we arrived, the experience felt genuinely special. The hotel staff set the tone immediately — warm smiles, effortless hospitality, and an attentiveness that made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Every interaction, whether at the front desk, valet, or housekeeping, was marked by kindness and professionalism. The interiors deserve their own praise. The hotel is a vibrant blend of color, texture, and thoughtful design. Every corner feels tastefully curated — modern, uplifting, and unmistakably Caribbean. It’s the kind of space that instantly puts you in vacation mode. Our room faced the Caribbean Sea, and waking up to that view each morning while sipping coffee was pure serenity. The gentle ocean breeze, the soft morning light, and the calmness of the water created a ritual we looked forward to each day. The hotel’s central location was another huge plus. With a high walking score, we were able to stroll easily to nearby cafés, restaurants, and malls. Everything felt accessible, making exploring the area effortless and enjoyable. A special highlight was the celebratory surprise waiting for us — a lovely bottle of wine and a beautifully presented cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture and added a personal touch that made our stay feel even more memorable. Valet service was fantastic — quick, courteous, and consistently reliable. Housekeeping was equally impressive, keeping our room spotless and refreshed with care and attention to detail. One of our favorite spaces in the hotel was the adults‑only rooftop. It’s a stunning spot to watch the sun go down, with a relaxed yet vibrant vibe, great music, and an atmosphere that feels both intimate and energizing. Enjoying drinks there as the sky shifted colors was one of the highlights of our trip. The only downside of our stay was the rooftop dessert service. We waited nearly an hour for a simple dessert, which was disappointing and did take away from the moment. While the manager did address the issue professionally, the frustration lingered and the experience felt a bit spoiled. Thankfully, this was the only hiccup in an otherwise wonderful stay. Overall, contratry to the negative reviews, we feel Hotel Indigo Barbados has improved a lot from all the feedback and definetely deserves another chance. It truly did deliver comfort, beauty, and heartfelt hospitality. Despite one service misstep, the hotel’s charm, staff, and atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable. We left relaxed, refreshed, and already thinking about when we might return.

I enjoyed a memorable one night stay at this property! I was treated like a VIP from the moment I arrived at Hotel Indigo - Bridgetown. I was immediately greeted and quickly completed check-in with Camilia who is a ROCK STAR!! Ethan, who was both extremely professional and funny, escorted my friend and me to my room. We enjoyed many laughs with him throughout our stay. Hotel Indigo - Bridgetown is a new property, so everything is immaculate! The facilities are comfortable, spacious, and offer spectacular sea views! The staff members are friendly, helpful and warm. I enjoyed engaging with them during my stay. My visit at Hotel Indigo - Bridgetown was one of the highlights of my time in Barbados. I highly recommend this property to anyone who visits Barbados. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything is brand new, very clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The gym is well-equipped, and the two pools are fantastic—perfect for relaxing. The boardwalk is a great addition for peaceful walks, and we loved being able to hear the sound of the ocean from our room, so calming and relaxing. The food was also delicious, with great quality and options. The location is very convenient: close to the airport, with a pharmacy less than a 2-minute walk away, and not far from Bridgetown if you’d like to explore. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
